The Gift Card is issued by the company SARKK SA, with registered office at No 67, Tzavella str., 152 31 Chalandri (Attica), with TIN/VAT 094526950, and Greek Commercial Registry No (GEMI): 124189401000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "SARKK"); the Company defines hereby the Terms and Conditions of Issue and Use of the Gift Card, at its sole discretion and has the right to modify them at any time. The Gift Card is issued either at Calvin Klein stores as a physical card or at the online store www.calvinklein.gr as an electronic card. The Gift Card is valid and can only be used in Greece for the purchase of any product sold at the Calvin Klein stores listed in point 9 here below or at the online store www.calvinklein.gr (hereinafter the "CK Service Points").
In order to achieve the purpose of the Electronic Gift Card, the Company needs to process third party personal data provided by the sender/buyer of the Electronic Gift Card, and in particular the personal data of the recipient of the Electronic Gift Card. As a result, the sender/buyer warrants and is responsible to inform the recipient of the purposes and ways in which the Company shall process personal data having explicitly obtained relevant consent to the disclosure of data for the purpose they are given and the way in which they shall be processed. The sender/buyer bears the exclusive responsibility of informing the recipient and obtaining the above consent, as well as for guaranteeing the existence of such consent to the Company. In the event that you purchase a Gift Card for a third party, the personal information of the third party you provide to the Company will be used for the following purposes: a) to manage the shipment of the Gift Card and b) to respond to any queries or reply to requests that the third party may formulate.
The price of the Gift Card can be paid by any payment method accepted at the CK Service Points (except for cash on delivery or payment by installments (e.g. Klarna) in the case of the Electronic Gift Card). Gift cards cannot be purchased using another gift card. A coupon/voucher cannot be used to purchase a Gift Card.
The Gift Card can only be used once by its holder at the CK Service Points (either electronically at the SARKK eshop (www.calvinklein.gr) or at the stores referred to in point 9, and can only be redeemed in full. In the event that the purchase price of a product exceeds the available amount of the Gift Card, the difference can be paid by any payment method accepted, as the case may be, at the CK Service Point. In the event that the acquisition price of a product is less than the available amount of the Gift Card, the order cannot be successfully completed.
The Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date it was issued. After the expiration of its validity period, the Gift Card cannot be used to buy products. Likewise, the validity shall not be extended prior to such expiry.
The Gift Card holder is solely responsible for the use and storage of the Gift Card. The Gift Card is not replaced in case of theft of its code and/or any unauthorized use, loss or destruction.
SARKK is not responsible for non receiving or for the delay in sending the Electronic Gift Card to its intended recipient for reasons beyond SARKK's control, including but not limited to the following cases: a) defects or failures of telecommunication, internet and e-mail lines/systems, b) delay in relaying information or data, or loss of information or data that may occur under the circumstances provided above under point (a), c) inaccuracy of the recipient's details of the Electronic Gift Card provided by its sender/buyer or due to the fact that the email address sent by SARKK may be considered spam or junk or e) if the recipient chose not to receive the Electronic Gift Card.
Electronic or other types of gift cards (e.g. credit invoices) originally acquired in a way which is different from the one described in the present Terms of Use, are null and void and cannot be used to buy products.
In case the holder wants to use the Electronic Gift Card in a Calvin Klein store, he/she should print the relevant confirmation e-mail or show it on his/her mobile device. The use of the Gift Card (physical or Electronic) can be made at the following stores/CK Service Points: Ag. Dimitrios "Metro Mall", Marousi "Golden Hall", Marousi "The Mall Athens", Egaleo "River West", Â Thessaloniki "Mediterranean Cosmos", Patras, Corfu , Spata Designer Outlet Athens, Factory Outlet Airport, Tavros Factory Outlet Piraeus, Thessaloniki One Salonica Outlet Mall, Larissa Fashion City Outlet.
The return of an Electronic Gift Card, provided that it has not yet been used, is accepted, under the following conditions: The Electronic Gift Card purchased through www.calvinklein.gr may be cancelled within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The withdrawal of the buyer should be notified in writing to SARKK either by telephone to the Customer Service Department or by email on the website of the e- shop. The price paid for the purchase of the Electronic Gift Card will be refunded in the same way as when purchased. The return time varies depending on the Bank and the type of card used to purchase the Electronic Gift Card. In this case, its use is cancelled and the recipient does not have to right to use it.
A gift card acquired in any country other than Greece or through the online store accessed from another country may not be used at a CK Service Point in Greece. The current balance of the Gift Card is not refundable or exchanged for cash or vouchers.
In the event of a total return of an order in accordance with the General Terms of Sale of the online store, made through the online store www.calvinklein.gr having used an Electronic Gift Card, or a return of products in accordance with the General Terms of Sale at the Calvin Klein stores, are processed according to the way such purchase took place. The customer is reimbursed for the part of the transaction that was paid and the amount covered by the Gift Card is refunded to the customer by a credit card of equal value, which can be used in a subsequent order.
In the event of a partial return of an item from an order or purchase at a CK Service Point in accordance with the General Terms of Sale in force and if a Gift Card has been used, a refund to the customer is always preceded and if there is a part of the transaction covered by a Gift Card, a credit of the corresponding value is given to the customer so it may be used in the next purchase.
The credit vouchers resulting from the above will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address of the customer who made the return of the products purchased with an Electronic Gift Card. Paper credit vouchers will be delivered to the customer if the purchase was made with a physical Gift Card at a CK Service Point. The customer is solely responsible for the validity of the e-mail address he/she has declared.
In the event of refusal when an order from the online store www.calvinklein.gr is delivered, having used an Electronic Gift Card as the payment method, then the code of the Electronic Gift Card is activated again so it may be used on a subsequent order and the validity date remains the same with the one originally issued, ie six months.
The Company reserves the right to make any amendment to the above Terms and Conditions at any time and such amendment shall be published on the Company's website https://www.sarkk.org/.
