By creating an online account on the Calvin Klein website, or registering at one of the participating Calvin Klein stores, you will find a 15% Welcome Coupon for your first purchase in your account under the “My Coupons” tab. There you will also find detailed terms and conditions of use.

The coupon code will also be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
This email contains the full terms and conditions applicable to the coupon.

To redeem your -15% Welcome Coupon online, enter the code in the “Promo Code?” field during checkout and click “Apply.”

The coupon is valid for 14 days and can be used for a single online purchase or at any participating official Calvin Klein store.
The coupon applies to selected non-discounted products and cannot be combined with other coupons, offers, or promotional activities.
To redeem your coupon, you must be logged in to your account.
The coupon is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
In the event of a full order return, the coupon will be reactivated once, for a period of 7 days from the date the return is received.
The coupon cannot be replaced in the event of a partial return.

Members of the My Calvin Rewards loyalty program receive a Birthday Coupon based on their current Milestone and the points they have earned.

You can find your Birthday Coupon and its terms and conditions in your account under the “My Coupons” tab.
The coupon code will also be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
This email contains the full terms and conditions applicable to the coupon.

To redeem your Birthday coupon online, enter the code in the “Promo Code?” field during checkout and click “Apply.”

The coupon is valid for 1 month and can be used for a single online purchase or at any participating official Calvin Klein store.

The coupon is valid for 2 month and can be used for a single online purchase or at any participating official Calvin Klein store.
The coupon applies to selected non-discounted products and cannot be combined with other coupons, offers, or promotional activities.
A minimum purchase value of twice the coupon amount is required to redeem it.
To redeem your coupon, you must be logged in to your account.
The coupon is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
In the event of a full order return, the coupon will be reactivated once, for a period of 7 days from the date the return is received.

Members of the My Calvin Rewards loyalty program receive a Division Privilege coupon based on their current Milestone and the points they have earned. The Division Privilege Coupon is valid for a specific product category.

You can find your Division Privilege coupon and its terms and conditions in your account under the “My Coupons” tab.
The coupon code will also be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
This email contains the full terms and conditions applicable to the coupon.

To redeem your Division Privilege coupon online, enter the code in the “Promo Code?” field during checkout and click “Apply.”

The coupon can be used for a single online purchase or at any participating official Calvin Klein store.
The Division Privilege remains valid as long as you maintain your current Milestone status. Each time you redeem your Division Privilege Coupon, a new coupon is issued for future use. You can find your new coupon in your account under the “My Coupons” tab.
The coupon is valid exclusively on full-price items within the corresponding product category and cannot be combined with other coupons, offers, or promotional activities.
To redeem your coupon, you must be logged in to your account.
The coupon is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
In the event of a full or partial order return, the coupon will not be reactivated, as a new coupon is issued upon redemption of the original coupon.

Most coupons can be redeemed both online, by entering the coupon code in the “Promo Code?” field during checkout, and at any participating official Calvin Klein store.

Each coupon has its own terms and conditions of use and an expiration date, which are displayed in your “Loyalty Profile”.

The main reason why a promo code does not apply to a product is that the product is on sale (or that there is another promotion running that the promo code is excluded from).
It is also possible that the code has expired. In this case it cannot be used or replaced.
If you believe there is another problem with your promo code, contact Calvin Klein customer service here and a Calvin Klein representative will guide you through the process.

In case your discount coupon cannot be applied please note that:

• You can only use your coupon in the official Calvin Klein e-shop or at one of the official Calvin Klein stores (unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions provided in the email in which you received the coupon).
• The coupon cannot be used on discounted items or in conjunction with other offers.
• The coupon is not refundable & not exchangeable for money.
• In the event of a full order return, the coupon will be reactivated once, for a period of 7 days from the date the return is received.
• The coupon cannot be replaced in the event of a partial return.

It is also good to know that:
You can enter your code in the "Promo Code" field and then click "Apply" at check out.
You can only use one promo code per order (unless otherwise stated).

Discounted items can be returned free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

In the event of a full order return, coupons (excluding Division Privilege coupons) will be reactivated once and will remain valid for 7 days from the date the return is received.
