Returns and Refunds

You can return the item(s) you wish at the CK store of your choice.

Basic conditions for making a return:

You must bring your purchase receipt and the completed return form.

Returned products are your responsibility until they reach the store, must have their original tags, and must not be washed or used.

Important notes:

Orders paid via Klarna cannot be returned in physical stores.

Exchanges in stores are not available on Saturdays.

Outlet items can only be returned via courier and not in stores.

Items purchased from our online store can be returned within a specific period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order at your own expense.

Pack the product you wish to return in its original packaging, call Courier EasyMail at 210 483 5000 (selecting 2 “domestic pickup order”) and send it to the following address: SARKK WAREHOUSE, Aspropyrgos-Fyli Avenue, Psari, Postal Code: 19300, Aspropyrgos. It is necessary to include the completed and printed return form found in your package. Without it, we cannot process your return. Place the product and the return form in secure packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping. To complete the return process immediately, please ensure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one package.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, with their original label attached. Returns will not be accepted if the items have been worn or washed. If the items have been damaged due to use, we reserve the right to return the product to the sender.

The following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, perfumes (unless the original sealed packaging is intact).

If you received your order via Box Now, you can return your parcel by following these steps:

• Select a Locker that is convenient for you (see available lockers here).
• Visit the Locker and enter the parcel ID on the screen – you can find it on your shipping receipt or in the email/Viber/SMS you received from Box Now.
• Place the parcel inside the locker and close the door.

Perfect! Your returned parcel will reach our central warehouse within 2 days.

Even if you received your order via another delivery method, you can still return your parcel to a Box Now locker by filling in your details  here. Find the nearest locker, enter the code you received via email/Viber/SMS, and complete your return quickly and easily.

You can always return your products within 30 days using the return form provided in your parcel. You can learn more about how to return a product/order here. If you chose Klarna as your payment method and have already paid for your order, the amount for the returned items will be refunded directly by Klarna. If the payment was made via Klarna, the only way to process your return, is through a refund.

Orders placed using Klarna as the payment method can only be returned via courier and not at our physical stores.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product in its original packaging with the original label.
The return can be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, with the original label attached.
Returns with items that have been worn, washed or distressed due to use will not be accepted.

The following items may not be returned: underwear, swimwear, perfumes (unless there is original sealed packaging).

As of May 13, 2025, we have changed our Terms and Conditions. We have made this change as we are reducing the return window to 30 days. The updated terms and conditions will automatically apply to any order placed on this website from May 13, 2025.
If you placed your order before this date (May 13), then the terms and conditions you accepted at the time of your order will continue to apply. This means that you can return your order within 60 days of the date of receipt.

Items cannot be exchanged.

Returns of online purchases via courier are only handled by refund or credit voucher.

Items from the new collection can be returned to our physical stores in the form of a credit voucher or replacement with an item available in the store (men's/women's collection).

In the event of an order return, the cash on delivery fee is non-refundable, regardless of how the return is processed (refund or credit voucher).

*Please note that the time frame mentioned above for refunds is based on an average and may vary. During holidays and sales periods or public holidays, refunds may take a little longer.

**The time frame depends solely on the policy of the bank you work with. You can always check the status of your refund in your online account or by contacting your bank.

Returns are free of charge. Call your local EasyMail courier branch to arrange for your parcel to be collected from your premises free of charge.

If you choose a different courier company, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

In addition, you can return your order free of charge to a Box Now locker.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product in its original packaging. The return can be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. The company reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the return deadline or returned items that are not in the same condition as received.

You will be notified of the status of your refund depending on the method you have selected:

If you have selected a money refund, the money will be refunded to your account or card within 10-14 days.
If you have selected a credit voucher for your next purchase, it will be sent to your email address.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Cash on delivery / Box Now Pay on The Go / IRIS: The amount will be refunded to the account you specified on the return form.
Payment by Credit Card/PayPal: The amount will be refunded to your credit card. The refund time depends on your bank and may take 10-14 days.
Klarna: If you chose Klarna as your payment method and have already paid for your order, the refund for the returned items will be processed directly by Klarna. The return request is submitted automatically and no action is required on your part.

In the event of a returned order, the charges for Cash on Delivery and Box Now Pay on The Go are not refundable, regardless of the method used to process the return (refund, or credit voucher issuance).
