You can return the item(s) you wish at the CK store of your choice.
Basic conditions for making a return:
You must bring your purchase receipt and the completed return form.
Returned products are your responsibility until they reach the store, must have their original tags, and must not be washed or used.
Important notes:
Orders paid via Klarna cannot be returned in physical stores.
Exchanges in stores are not available on Saturdays.
Outlet items can only be returned via courier and not in stores.
Pack the product you wish to return in its original packaging, call Courier EasyMail at 210 483 5000 (selecting 2 “domestic pickup order”) and send it to the following address: SARKK WAREHOUSE, Aspropyrgos-Fyli Avenue, Psari, Postal Code: 19300, Aspropyrgos. It is necessary to include the completed and printed return form found in your package. Without it, we cannot process your return. Place the product and the return form in secure packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping. To complete the return process immediately, please ensure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one package.

Even if you received your order via another delivery method, you can still return your parcel to a Box Now locker by filling in your details here. Find the nearest locker, enter the code you received via email/Viber/SMS, and complete your return quickly and easily.If the payment was made via Klarna, the only way to process your return, is through a refund.
Orders placed using Klarna as the payment method can only be returned via courier and not at our physical stores.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product in its original packaging with the original label.
The return can be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, with the original label attached.
Returns with items that have been worn, washed or distressed due to use will not be accepted.
The following items may not be returned: underwear, swimwear, perfumes (unless there is original sealed packaging).
As of May 13, 2025, we have changed our Terms and Conditions. We have made this change as we are reducing the return window to 30 days. The updated terms and conditions will automatically apply to any order placed on this website from May 13, 2025.
If you placed your order before this date (May 13), then the terms and conditions you accepted at the time of your order will continue to apply. This means that you can return your order within 60 days of the date of receipt.

Returns are free of charge. Call your local EasyMail courier branch to arrange for your parcel to be collected from your premises free of charge.
If you choose a different courier company, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In addition, you can return your order free of charge to a Box Now locker.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
Cash on delivery / Box Now Pay on The Go / IRIS: The amount will be refunded to the account you specified on the return form.
