Your order can be shipped to the address you provide during checkout (home, work, etc.) via Easymail courier services.
Alternatively, you can choose, during checkout, to pick it up from one of our stores.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You have the option to collect your order from one of our Calvin Klein stores.
When completing your order, simply select the Calvin Klein store you wish to visit to pick up your parcel.
To collect your parcel in-store, you will need to present your order confirmation email along with a valid form of identification.
Your parcel will remain available for pickup in-store for 5 business days from the day you receive the pickup confirmation email. If you are unable to collect it within this period, your order will be cancelled, and the selected products will be released.

PICK-UP FROM A BOX NOW LOCKER
You have the option to collect your order from a Box Now locker by selecting the one that suits you best during checkout. When your parcel arrives at the locker, you will receive a notification on your mobile phone with a 6-digit code that opens the parcel compartment.
By entering the code on the locker’s touchscreen, the door will open so you can collect your parcel.
You can pick up your parcel at any time of the day, 24/7. The parcel will remain in the locker for 48 hours, with the option to extend for an additional 48 hours.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notification email. You will not be charged for any cancelled items.
If the cancellation occurs after payment, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
In case your payment was made through IRIS, the refund will be completed by a bank transfer to your account.
Our Customer Service team will reach out to you in the next few days, in order to provide us with the required bank account details to complete the process.
Once an order has been cancelled, it must be placed again through our website.
