Discounted items can be returned free of charge within 30 days of receipt. Learn more about our return policy here.

By creating account on the Calvin Klein website, you will get a discount of 10% on your first order.
The coupon code can be found in your account, under the 'My Coupons' tab. There you will also find detailed terms and conditions of use.

In case you agreed to subscribe to our newsletter, the code will also be sent to you via email to the email address you used upon registration. In this email, you can find the detailed coupon’s terms & conditions.

The newsletter subscription code can be redeemed once, exclusively for online orders in our official e-shop.

The main reason why a promo code does not apply to a product is that the product is on sale (or that there is another promotion running that the promo code is excluded from).
It is also possible that the code has expired. In this case it cannot be used or replaced.
If you believe there is another problem with your promo code, contact Calvin Klein customer service here and a Calvin Klein representative will guide you through the process.

In case your discount coupon cannot be applied please note that:

• You can only use your coupon in the official Calvin Klein e-shop.
• The coupon cannot be used on discounted items or in conjunction with other offers.
• The coupon is not refundable & not exchangeable for money.
• The coupon is reactivated in case of a total return of an order but cannot be replaced in case of a partial return.

It is also good to know that:
You can enter your code in the "Promo Code" field and then click "Apply" at check out.
You can only use one promo code per order (unless otherwise stated).

Join the Calvin World loyalty program at one of our stores and enjoy 10% off your first purchase.
The 10% discount code can be redeemed once in the eshop or at any Calvin Klein physical store (excluding Outlet stores) on non-discounted items.

Calvin World loyalty program members who have entered their date of birth will receive a 20% discount on their birthday via email, as a gift from us.
You can use your birthday coupon only in our stores (excluding Outlet stores) to purchase non-discounted items.

The €20 voucher is issued with every online purchase of €60 or more, during the period from 18/11/2025 to 01/12/2025.
The voucher is sent via email to the address used for the purchase and includes the terms of use.

The €20 voucher can be redeemed exclusively online, from 02/12/2025 to 31/12/2025, in a single purchase of €80 or more, with login or account creation. The voucher is valid on selected items, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase a Gift Card.

The company reserves the right to modify the terms and/or the validity dates of the campaign, as well as to temporarily or permanently suspend the promotion.
