Most orders are processed as soon as your online purchase is completed. Products are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the provided billing and shipping addresses are verified.
In exceptional cases (e.g. festive periods, discount periods) there may be failures in the availability of products due to simultaneous order entry by customers. You will not be charged for products that we are unable to ship. We work hard to ensure the integrity of our product availability. Rarely failures can occur. Both our collection and product availability are updated very regularly.
We offer our clients the opportunity to create an email notification for items that are currently not available. In order to receive a message when the product becomes available, click the button “Notify Me” on the product page.
Once you receive the notification email you will need to complete the standard online procedure in order to purchase your desired product while it is still available.

It’s normal for the carton to show some wear, however, if the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to do the following:
When you contact our Customer Service Team, please have your order number, item number and tracking number (all this information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail) along with your e-mail address and phone number at hand.
Your order will be cancelled so that you can place a new one. In case you have chosen Credit/Debit Card or Paypal as a payment method, we will refund your order once the parcel is returned to our premises.
If you notice any default/damage to any of the items after receipt you can proceed to a return immediately. At the same time fill out the printed return form found inside your package, the item being returned and the reason for return. Include the return form in the parcel you are returning.
